Chief Executive Officer
Harrison leads J&J Sling Systems' strategy and partnerships, guided by the company's founding philosophy of trust and quality. He oversees the company's work across investment, infrastructure and the defence industry, in Kenya and abroad.

Chief Financial Officer
Joel is an entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in financial management, accounting and business administration. He brings nine years of business management experience in the United States and seven years of accounting experience with the University of Nairobi SACCO in Kenya.
He oversees budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow, audits and cost-saving initiatives. Joel holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Business Administration and Ministry), a diploma in Business Management with an accounting concentration, and a Master's in Ministry.
